to you - the fans - the new Junior Senior video for "Can I Get Get Get"
is truly amazing. The feel-good video of the year, if we may say so
ourselves.
Through their myspace-page Junior and Senior invited
friends, strangers, fans and basically anybody to record their own
video for "CIGGG". The response was overwhelming. The creativity,
energy and love that everybody put into their submissions were truly
inspiring.
To make sure that the result would be in accordance with
the bands wishes Senior took the job of editing the whole thing (with a
little help). It took a long time, but here it is. With submissions
from Japan to Copenhagen - from Hollywood, New York and Australia -
from Bulgaria and the UK - just about anywhere - it was an enormous
task. And a LOT of great stuff couldn't fit in the finished thing.
Among all these wonderful clips you of course also find
the vocal performances of Senior and JD Samson from Le Tigre. Together
they perform the first gay/lesbian duet (at least that we know of...).
Junior appears in the basement of his new house in Denmark, and you'll
find cameos from Peaches rocking out in a roller skate park and
producer and sexpot Thomas Troelsen barechested and dancing in his new
Delta Lab studio...
