Tonight at 00:45am Lars and The Hands of Lights will appear on the Taratata music show on the France 2-channel! The group performed live with their hit song "Me, Me, Me" and was interviewed as well.

Taratata is the French version of the popular English show "Later.. with Jools Holland" and numerous world famous artists have been performing on the show. For example; Lady Gaga, Pete Yorn, Oasis, Muse, Black Eyed Peas, Metallica, Paramore, Jamiroquai and now Lars and the Hands of Lights as well. You gotta see this. Riding on a wave of French love and airplay, Lars and the Hands of Light ventured to France for a small tour back in December. While there, the awe- mazing people at Taratata - the French equivalent of Later... with Jools Holland - offered LatHoL the chance to come and play a few songs. Needless to say, they jumped at the chance, and now you have the chance to whet your appetites and watch the teaser for the upcoming episodes of Taratata (LatHoL @ 1:10):

The performance will make its way to small screens everywhere in France on friday the 28th of January, when it airs on France 2.

Lars and the Hands of Light continues their flirt with 'ze French'.

This thuesday they played at the big French festival Trans Musicales among artists such ad M.I.A. and Gonjasufi. The fellows at Arte have recorded the entire concert for your and our pleasure.

The debutalbum from Lars and those people with the extremely glowy hands - "The Looking Glass" came out in France October 25th this year on the well renowned label Platinum Records and the single 'Me Me Me' is spinning on leading national radio stations such as France Inter, Oui FM, Le Mouv, Virgin, Radio Nova and Europe 1.

LatHoL has just returned from a succesful promotion tour in Paris where they did interviews, showcases and four live performances at some of the above mentioned radiostations.

The band brought a video cam and this video is a monument to their triumph in the country of the baguette lovers.

LatHoL is going to celebrate with an European tour (second time this year!) in December where they are visiting Germany, Benelux, Portugal and France where LatHoL are confirmed for the two important festivals Transmusicales and Generiq. This fall also includes an albumrelease in India (holy cow!). See you all out there!
